At O.B.N, we provide both armed and unarmed security guard services. When it comes to ensuring exceptional services, we make sure that our team receives extensive security training both classroom and on-site training. We conduct a rigorous pre-employment screening, including a complete background check, criminal history, and thorough interview sessions. Our security guards are trained and evaluated according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Public Safety Canada, and Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS)

We ensure our security guards have in-depth knowledge in areas such as the role and responsibility of the security officer, his legal authority, maintaining professionalism and appearance, adhering to the code of conduct, effective written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with the State laws, patrol techniques, emergency procedures, follow chain of command, and other important aspects.

Our Security Guards perform the following duties:

Intervene with criminals and coordinate with police support
Conduct risk assessments
Provide first response and medical aid in emergencies
Assist with loss prevention
Manage crowds to maintain order
Facilitate emergency evacuations
Control access to restricted areas

Our staff is equipped with all the essential skills required for exceptional security in retail, shopping malls, banks, and industrial sites. These include elevating brand and customer experience, retail security training according to industry standards, performing first aid, and managing conflicts when needed. Additionally, they are highly trained in domains like defensive tactics, crisis intervention, and mental health awareness, which helps them in situations like managing the unpredictable behavior of homeless or addicted people entering the premises.

Our officers are also equipped with additional gear, like duty belts, patrol boots, and body armor so that they can meet the demands of high-security environments.
